Yacan Digital Key Configuration – Ulyses Suite - Innovation from SEPTEO Hospitality

To integrate with Yacan, it is necessary to follow the following steps

Step 1: Communicate the Ulyses Suite URL to Yacan

It is necessary to inform Yacan to accept the hotel's URL in case it is the first time it is configured within the corresponding chain.

For example, for the Tesiprohotels chain, the URL would be:

https://tesiprohotels.ulysescloud.com/pms/redirect-oauth

To do this, an email must be sent to it@yacan.es, requesting validation of this URL.

Step 2: Add the Yacan integration from the Ulyses Suite marketplace

Click the Sign in to Yacan button

Step 3: In the Yacan integration, go to the Mappings tab

The list of rooms registered in Yacan will be displayed

Step 4: Map the keys corresponding to the room

In the links in the Property column, map each room with the Yacan keys (including those for building or common area access). Each room can be associated with more than one key depending on the doors that are accessible.

Step 5: After Checkin email template

Create the communication email that will be sent to the guest, with the link to activate the keys. The template to customize is the After Checkin template

Step 6: Activate digital keys in the GSP

In GSP. Hotel Configuration. Reservation tab. In the In-house section, activate digital keys during the stay.

Step 7: Activate Post Checkin email sending

In the Communications section, in Property Configuration. Activate Post-checkin sending. Indicating the SMTP account for sending emails.

Once check-in is done, the email link will direct the guest to the GSP where the key activation button appears.
