Where can I see if there are errors and what type?
- You can access the error details in the Registration UUID Log column.
- There you will find a code similar to the image below, and by clicking on it, a window will open on the right

| Incorrect user | Go to the Hosting integration in Ulyses Suite, and verify that the user code exactly matches the credentials received by email during registration. |
| Uncontrolled error in communication | Contact Hosting. This is often a communication error due to overload or other issues. It is usually resolved by resending the registration. |
| Error in xml file format | Check and update the mandatory fields to complete at the Property level, and make sure that Surname 1 and email are selected |
| Inactive integration | You can activate it from the integration. Before doing so, be sure to check for possible errors and correct them, and above all, consider requesting new credentials to confirm they are correct. |

Sometimes, even though Hosting sends this response to the integration in Ulyses, its website shows that the reception was successful. This behavior depends on the current configuration at Hosting. |
