In addition to using Ulyses KSK during the check-in process, you also have the option to manually start certain processes at any time. In this case, we will see how to launch the guest registration.
This allows the guest to view their personal information on the tablet, review the details, and confirm that everything is correct. If necessary, they can also modify these details.
To manually launch the process from Ulyses, simply access the guest’s cardex in any reservation.
The process will be launched to the tablet.
To ensure this option is active, don’t forget to enable the "Register guest" field in the "Request action" section of the Ulyses KSK settings.
